San Diego Super Chargers...or at least I wish they were (´;ω;`)

Soooo my beloved San Diego Chargers football team lost another close one within the last 24 seconds again. I don't really understand why they suck so much this year. In today's game against the Colt's, the pass rush and run stopping was actually pretty good. However, the big problem still lies in their soft pass defense. The Broncos also lost today and that should have been motivation for the Chargers to win this game so they could catch up closer to Denver's lead in the division, but they just couldn't pull through.

*sigh* I hate and love football at the same time. Football always manages to either make me super happy or super emo. I should just come to terms with San Diego not being too good this year and focus all my attention on UCLA basketball....even though they lost against Michigan last week. (;゜ロ゜)

I hate life. :)

It's been more than a month since I updated so....

A review of the time since I last updated:

-Hung out with Koreans (EEE, Dabe, James) a couple times, once in San Diego and a couple times up there in Orange County. Karaoke is always fun with them and that seems to be our traditional thing we do when we hang out, other than eating. One of the times I came up, Erica proved her worth by cooking us a delicious meal of katsudon which was pretty oishii. Esther's xanga has a review of what we did this past weekend as well as a few sticker pictures that we took and some pictures of me pimpin. (・ε・) Although I look pretty unmanly in some of those sticker pictures. :\

-Got to hang out with Stephanie + Aaron a few times as well which is always fun. I got to see their apartment and they got to laugh at me noob out on Guitar Hero and Rockband. :\ On Halloween, I ended up getting a boba hookup from Stephanie and I went with her and her friends to karaoke. That was pretty fun because they were all quite drunk. :)

Can't wait to hang out with all of them again soon. :)

My thoughts on the election:

I would like to say congratulations to the new president Barrack Obama. I have to say I have been impressed by his entire campaign and I felt really inspired after seeing the results of the election and listening to his speech. I truly felt that the election of President Obama is a true representation of the feelings of my generation since this election was able to inspire many young voters to get out and vote. Seeing the tears of joy of the people, especially Jesse Jackson, is truly an inspiring thing. I hope our country will do well under the new president.

In other news, I've been kinda bummed lately, but I'll get over it. (´・ω・`) Until later....hopefully not another month....

(ノ ゜Д゜)ノ ==== ┻━━┻

Friday 19th

So once again I make the trip to Orange to hang out with the Erica, David, James and Esther. I've been seeing a lot of them lately...it's okay though, they're quite entertaining.

Erica and David wanted to learn how to play Guilty Gear so most of the day was me teaching them, mostly Erica, how to use a joystick and how to get used to the overall mechanics of Guilty Gear. For someone who has never played a fighting game before, teaching someone Guilty Gear which is probably one of the hardest fighting games out there could definitely prove to be a difficult task. I'm quite pleased hearing about her progress though! I have faith that both of them will be able to become good players. This also benefits me because I've kind been unenthusiastic to play/pracitce Guilty lately so hopefully teaching them will inspire me to play more since I kinda got rocked by TGS at AI the other week.

After that we had curry and played epic games of crazy 8s and BS.

The state of the San Diego Chargers

I swear football season is such a roller coaster ride for my emotions. I get so excited when the Chargers win, but get so depressed when they lose and I try to stay away from ANY and ALL replays/analysis of their losing games on ESPN or any other channel.

So far their season has kinda sucked. Their defense has been really soft, especially late game, and because of this they are now have 1 win and 2 losses in the season when they really should be 3-0. I hope they could pick it up in the next couple of games because they are supposed to be one of the Super Bowl favorites for the year. I actually think they have a legitimate shot this year considering how the AFC is kinda weak this season. I'm glad they finally got a win on Monday night when they destroyed the Jets, even though the defense let them score 20+ points. :C

All I could say is SAN DIEGO SUPER CHARGERS CHARGE! I love that song. :D

(・ε・)

Since Erica (yume_iro) was kind enough to make me a wonderful 大塚愛 layout, I figured it was about time I started blogging again.

Tuesday 9th:

So on Monday the 8th, Erica tells me that her and Esther are coming the next day to visit. It was quite sudden, but a welcome surprise since I wouldn't be doing anything that day anyways. So we decided that we should go to the Convoy first to eat and we end up trying this pretty tasty Japanese place, but I can't remember the name for some reason. (・∀・)?

Esther looked up some places we could eat at and people on Soompi recommended the waffle-yo at Cafe Venti, which is basically frozen yogurt on top of a waffle. I must say it was quite tasty and I wouldn't mind going back for another one. (゚д゚)ウマ- Hahaha we ended up hanging out there for quite a while and I think the owners got mad at us because we were making fun of all the Korean music videos they were playing.

After I took them to the Carlsbad outlets for some shopping, but I ended up spending the most since I bought two new pairs of Pumas, Esther bought a pair of shades and Erica bought nothing that cheapo. (*^-^*)

We ended the night eating Chinese food at Chin's in Oceanside. (・ε・)

Saturday 13th:

So apparently my cousin Carl was married a few weeks ago, congratulations by the way! I knew he was getting married, but didn't know of the date and I didn't plan on going since it was all the way in Vallejo. Anyways, apparently there was some party to introduce his wife to the family or something. The food was good because there was garlic fish that my Aunt brought. <3 Haha nothing else really happened that day accept for me going out with Alicia to get boba.

Sunday 14th:

This day was a jam packed day of Asian fun. I went up to Orange County to hang out with Esther, Erica, David, and James and the plan was to go to AI, eat Brazillian barbecue, and finish off the night at Karaoke.

AI was fun as always, I played (got owned) a few games of Guilty Gear against TGS who progressed a  lot since the last time I played him. I got owned pretty hard since I haven't really played the game seriously or practiced at home since West Toast XII in March. Apparently they have Street Fighter IV there now, but I had no interest in playing that game. Honestly, it didn't look that great to me in person. It still seems pokey pokey like the past Street Fighter games.

After that we picked James up back at Erica's place and we all headed off to eat Brazilian Barbecue. If you haven't had it before, it's basically all you can eat meat where the waiter comes to your table with a huge skewer of various meats and asks if you want any. It was definitely tasty and I was able to try alligator for the first time. Unfortunately there were 0 Brazillian women at the restaurant. 。゚(PД`q。)゚。

After consuming like 10 pounds of various meats, we hit Ding Dong Dang in Garden Grove for Karaoke. I must say James is a pretty good singer! I'm glad everyone sang some songs. Esther seemed a little reluctant to sing, but I guess my angelic voice encouraged her to choose some songs of her own; most notably No 1 Korean version by BoA. Ψ(`∀´)Ψ  Highlight of the night was my duet with Erica on Head Cha La. We wanted to sing Feelin on Your Booty by R Kelly as well as Trapped in the Closet by R Kelly, but they didn't have it. Good times none the less!

Whoa this turned out to be a long entry, but it's been like a year since I seriously wrote in this thing.

Korea

So I check my footprints thingy and it says that the Republic of Korea visited my site. ((((゜д゜;))))

Deleted everything so I could start anew.....maybe. (・ε・)
